Hi, Anna Duckworth, a colleague of mine, is conducting a research study for Ashridge Business School looking into the relationship between the personality type (MBTI) of the coach and coachee and the effectiveness of the coaching. After a successful pilot the next stage of the research is to recruit a much larger group of coaches and coachees with - hopefully - a broad spectrum of MBTI types. Anna is looking for coaches who have 5-10 clients all of whom know their MBTI type and are prepared to answer a questionnaire about their coaching experiences. In exchange, all participants will get to share in the results. Erik de Haan Director of Ashridge's Centre for Coaching, has also offered a small reward of a £25 voucher for the Ashridge Bookshop, or a free 3-hour group supervision session for any coach who offers more than ten clients. If you would like to participate, or to know more, please contact Anna at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
